Located in the Mission flats industrial Park of Kamloops British Columbia, this 2024 constructed industrial building includes two floors, offering 1700 sq ft of office space. The workshop area spans 4500 sq ft and features an interior 10-ton crane for efficient operations.

At the heart of the building is a geothermal system that provides heating and cooling for both the office and workshop spaces. Access to the three-bay workshop is facilitated by Finn bifold motorized doors, and there is also a dedicated parts room.

The building boasts a stunning architectural design complemented by the highest degree of engineering ingenuity. Constructed to the most rigorous standards, this property development is set to become a prominent and lasting feature of the Mission Flats Industrial Park.

 

 Stella-Jones Inc

We're excited to announce the completion of our newest building addition to the Mission Flats Industrial Park: the Stella-Jones Inc. Office & Workshop Building. This state-of-the-art facility is a testament to modern industrial design and functionality, designed to meet the specific needs of Stella-Jones Inc.

 

This impressive structure features a 3,150 sq ft, two-story office building complemented by a spacious 3,350 sq ft workshop with two bays. We've incorporated high-quality materials such as precast insulated concrete sandwich panels for enhanced durability and energy efficiency. The workshop is equipped with a 28-foot high ceiling and radiant in-floor heating, providing a comfortable and efficient working environment. For the office spaces, we've installed an electric heat pump system with multiple zone thermostats, ensuring precise climate control and optimal comfort for occupants throughout the building.

 

We believe this new facility will be a significant asset to Stella-Jones Inc. and a valuable addition to the Mission Flats Industrial Park.
